Hi again everyone,
Jacqui back with another project that I'll hope you'll like. My last project was quite detailed and long so I thought I'd do a quick easy one this time. I found this project on Bines Stempelgluck youtube channel but it was in cm's which I don't do lol and she used her dies. So I worked it out in inches to suit me and I used the new Stampin Up scallop punch.
The first one I did is with the Painted with Love Dsp the hearts are from the Sweet and Sassy framelits the sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Sentiments and I used the Classic Label Punch to cut it out.
Then the second one is with the Springtime foils (free with a £45 spend).
Measurements
Base 5 1/2 x 3
Score P 1/2 both sides
Score LS 1/2, 2 1/2, 3 and 5
Wrap 2 x 8 5/8
Score both sides 2 3/4 x 3 1/4
Scallop punch both ends
Use 1 3/8 punch for holes

So I hope you like what I've done and give it a go it's a perfect addition to a mothers day basket.

Double layer Lindor Chocolate Ball Box using Stampin Up
Hi again folks,
Jacqui back with another project for you. Today we're gonna make a lovely mothers day gift. I bought these chocolate orange Lindor Balls cos I knew I had the perfect paper to make a gift with lol. The Foil Frenzy Dsp from Stampin Up cos it comes in Blue, Green, Pink and Orange!!!
Anyway on with the project. It took me a while to decide what to make as I thought it would be an awesome Mothers Day Gift so it needed to be special of course. I didn't want to just throw the chocolates into any old box and I really didn't want them rolling around so I came up with this box. I know it's not a box for everyone because it takes a while to make and it uses a lot of paper but I have time and paper galore so this is what I came up with.
As I still can't get my video to add to my blog post it will be uploaded serarately after being uploaded to youtube.
The Measurements in Inches
Holders for Balls (16) 2 3/8 x 2 3/8
Score all sides at 3/4
Holder for Ball Boxes (2) 7 7/8 x 6
Score all sides at 1 and 2 re-inforced
Main Box for holding both Layers 8 5/16 x 6 5/16
Score all sides at 2 1/8
Lid 8 3/16 x 6 1/4
Score all sides at 2 then use edger die to decorate
Wrap Section to lift top layer with 6 13/6 x 2
Score both sides at 3/8, 1 3/8 and 2 3/8
(scoring both sides means you don't have to deal with the 1/16)
Belly Band 11 / 2
Fold around box and burnish.
Stampin Up Supplies Used

Foil Frenzy Dsp
Sweet and Sassy Heart Framelits
Pumpkin Pie Stamp Pad

Tutorial 4 Stampin up Stash up using Rainbow builder dies etc
Hi there guys and gals Jacqui back with tutorial no 4! I think I'm getting the hang of it, yay lol! Anyway I've done another stash up which means I've used Stampin up and my stash to create this project.. I think it's pretty useful to show you how to get more mileage out of something. And we can't afford everything all the time so I hope this shows you how to use what you have in your stash with Stampin up purchases.
The pink card is my prototype and the blue one is the tutorial I got half way through yesterday before I made a massive boo boo lol. So todays tutorial is yet another version and it's green and would be great for a babys birthday so this will be card no 4 I've made with the Rainbow builder Thinlets so I hope I've given you a few ideas. I think the next time I use it will be on a box as I have a gift idea for a baby in mind.
But onto the project itself.
All measurements are in inches. My card base is 5 3/4 x 8 1/4 scored at 4 1/8. The next layer is green glimmer paper from Stampin Up Myths and Magic 3 7/8 x 5 1/2. And the white layer is 3 5/8 x 5 1/4. I used the Rainbow builder cloud dies on two bits of white card and I ran them through a second time to make them longer. I then embossed them and the white layer with a swirly embossing folder just to give them definition. I then used Tumbled glass distress ink around all the edges. I lay the clouds across the white layer to decide where I wanted them to sit then I turned them over and cut them down to the white layer size. This meant I still had a green glimmer paper border all the way round. I used foam tape to add them to the layer and then stuck it to the glimmer paper. I cut the rainbow out in four shades of green and turned them over to position them, then I put sticky tape on the back to hold them together. After that I put foam tape on and positioned it where I wanted it go. The sun die came from an old sizzix die set. I cut the small cloud from the Rainbow builder set in white glimmer paper and added it. The celebrate die comes as a free set which you can choose if you spend £90 in Stampin Ups Sale a bration promotion. These are the Celebrate you thinlets. I cut the word out twice in white and once in green glimmer paper and layered them on top of each other. And that's my 4th project tutorial complete. I do hope you love it and would love you to subscribe to my channel JMC Creates on youtube
