Sneak Peek no 3 Victorian Christmas Collection/Wreath

Hi again everyone i'm back with my 3rd and final sneak peek of the NEW Victorian Christmas Collection.  For this one I made a wreath using 1 plain red, 1 plain green & 1 patterned paper.  I also added the holly sprigs from the collection.  And I made a perfectly beautiful Christms Decoration for any house hold. All I added was a Spellbinder & Sue Wilson poinsettia dies and a Marianne flower die. Then a few gems & berries to finish, done in half a day!  So remember to pop over to the store on December 1st and pick up your collection and soon you'll be making beautiful projects for your home for Christmas.

Sneak Peek no 2 Victorian Christmas Collection/Christmas table boxes

Hello every one how's things going with you have you started your Christmas cards? Or are you still in a mad panic and don't know what to do?  Today I have a 2nd sneak peek of the Victorian Christmas Collection coming out December 1st.  For this one I made some boxes using the Tonic Balloon weight die.  I'm going to put some names on them for my Christmas Table & put a scratch card in each one for one.  Whoever wins can buy the drinks lol.  Knowing my luck it won't be me but it's just for fun something a bit different than crackers! I've used 3 different papers, one of the flowers, a star and a holly bunch all out of the kit.  It's got so much in it! Hope to see you in the fb group!

Going out of Business sale

Hi there everyone

I've just popped on with some terrible news!  One of my DT's Bearly Mine is shutting up shop at the end of December due to the new Legislation!  The good news for you is that they're having a sale across December so it's a great opportunity to pop on and get some of their beautiful papers while you can at a special price. It's so sad to see so many small businesses be crushed due to this Legislation and i'd like to take this opportunity to tell the owner Donna Smith thanks for having me on your DT and supplying me with some beautiful papers too.

I hope to see you around in the future.

Till next time

Sneak Peek of Victorian Christmas/A very vintage Christmas Card

Hi there everyone it's Jacqui from Dragons Lair Designs Design Team with my first sneaky peek of the NEW Victorian Christmas Collection.  I made my first vintage Christmas Card and I quite like it.  Even though i'm not a terribly vintage style of card maker I think it worked out well.  I've added a rich brown mirror board which I embossed to one of the back ground papers. I also used one ribbon, a topper and a paper for the flowers from the collection & this is just a snippet!  So remember to look out for the next sneaky peek coming soon!

Bearly Mine November 1st DT Challenge Christmas Cards

Today I made a card with my Christmas Glee papers from Bearly Mine. I wanted to use my papers in the foreground and not just the background. I used them as a mat behind my embossed card and my sentiment. Then I used a Sizzix Snowflake die to make the rosette style snowflakes and used them as my topper. I hope you like what you see as it's different and shows you just how versatile papers can be.
