Bokeh Technique, Inks, Stampin Up, Oh so Eclectic Tues 10 July 18

 Hi again everyone,

Today I have a technique known as Bokeh to share with you.  

I love this technique so much!!!  I've used inks on the background in blue/green for the first and pink/purple for the second.  Then I've used White pigment ink over the top with a circle template.  

I simply punched various circles from a piece of card and used it as a mask and dapped the ink through the circles with a sponge.
