This was a freebie image I got off the net & I used promarkers to colour it. I used a double sided sticky sheet & placed a stencil on it. I rubbed pink superfine pink glitter onto it took off the excess lifted the stencil then added purple superfine glitter. I stuck this onto green & blue card as I wanted a multi coloured effect on the image. I placed some purple hessian (I think) onto a smaller piece of the same card then put my image on top. I added some ribbon, gems, flowers a toadstool, ladybird & butterflies & gave it to my friend as a gift. She said she'd rather frame it & keep it & her reaction made me proud of my work.
My sister (who's a Christian) asked me to make her some encouraging cards. I took an 8x8 card then cut a piece from the top so u can see the bottom. I covered it in blue card that I used a lattice edge punch from ek success on then stuck pink pearls from top to bottom. I covered the top with pink paper and stuck blue pearls down the left side. I took a piece of blue card with a gold design from Hunkydory& layered it onto plain pink card. On top of this I placed to pink feathers. I then placed some spellbinder diecuts at the top of the card put pink pearls top and bottom. Then I took my image & layered it onto the same pink paper & placed on top. I placed blue pearl on the corners. I die cut a blue butterfly & placed pink pearls down the middle. I found a sentiment in blue from Best of British & layered it onto the same pink card with a white diecut to edge it and finished off with two blue pearls.
I took a piece of black card on which I stamped a wall background in versamark & then embossed in gold. I placed it on some silver card. I took an image from Dawn Bibby & layered it onto black card & a russet coloured card that matched the flower, stuck on using foam pads. Just behind the picture is a small vertical piece of gold card. At the bottom I cut a banner piece of silver card with russet on top then a piece of black & rust lace on top of that. I used a kanban best wishes sentiment & layered it on the russet card. Then I die cut some small green leaves and placed them between gold metallic leaves with a metal rimmed flower then a green half pearl on top. I repeated this on top of the lace to finish it off.
